Thanks for creating 2017 World Para Athletics Championships – Women's 800 metres, Bromalayan!

Please Open this Link [1].

BWF World Tour[edit]

Hi Bromalayan. Based on what I see on the 2018 Orleans Masters, you said that "Super 100 is not a BWF World Tour tournament". Actually I am also confused with the structure of BWF World Tour, but i tried to understand that structure. Based on the sources tht i found:

  • BWF launches New Event Structure said: The tour will involve an estimated 37 events, including Level 6 which will be an open category, where BWF member associations can apply for sanction.;
  • Action-Packed Season Ahead! said:The World Tour continues in Europe with the Yonex German Open (Super 300; 6-11 March);.... and the Orleans Masters (BWF Tour Super 100) at the end of the month. The latter is one of 11 events in the sixth level of the Tour and, while points from these events count in the HSBC Race to Guangzhou, they are not part of the BWF-HSBC sponsorship deal and are therefore named slightly differently.

I try to understand that sources as Level 6 tournament is part of the BWF World Tour, but was not part of the sponsorship. At the cover of the 2018 Orleans Masters Prospectus also said that A Grade 2 – Level 6 Tournament, part of the BWF Tour. This is just my understanding based on references that i found, if there is any mistake, please let me know. Thank you. Stvbastian (talk) 20:50, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Cut&paste moves[edit]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Paul_012 (talk) 21:04, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Indonesia code for AFC competions[edit]

It is a message regarding the country code you are using for Indonesia, at the 2018 AFC Women's Futsal Championship. I think you should use the IDN code instead of INA since here we are talking about the FIFA codes and not the IOC codes. And according to official FIFA website you can clearly see that the code used by FIFA to refer Indonesia is IDN and not INA. So that is why I think you should revert your edits on this particular page or any other association football pages where you may have referred Indonesia by its IOC code and not the FIFA code.--Anbans 585 (talk) 08:51, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:23, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Athletics at the 2018 Asian Para Games[edit]

Hello Bromalayan,

Thank you for your recent edit the page Athletics at the 2018 Asian Para Games.

I'm wondering, why some medalists are different from the official webpage?

For example, in men's javelin throw F53/54, the silver went to Abdolreza Jokar based on the webpage, and you put Ryo Kozone as the silver medalist.

Yes, if you sort the competitors by the result, the second highest mark (23.72 m) is by Ryo Kozone.

But this is a combined event (F53 and F54), so maybe the final ranking is not decided by simply sorting the final mark?

Nyoman Juniarta (talk) 12:12, 14 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nyoman Juniarta, yes. I'm sorry. I thought it is ranked by sorting the final mark. After I watched the victory ceremony event, and based on your point, you are correct. If you mind, please correct all for me as I'm a bit busy now. Bromalayan (talk) 18:43, 14 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 2018 BWF World Junior Championships – Mixed' doubles, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. An article you recently created, 2019 PKNP F.C. season, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. FR30799386's User Scripts[edit]

Dear all. Recently, FR30799386 (talk) was blocked for sock puppetry. Among their projects were a number of user scripts that they left behind. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Selangor United FC logo.png[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Selangor United FC logo.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Futsal at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games – Men's tournament has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Zero evidence of notability. Clearly fails WP:GNG and WP:SPORTSEVENT.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Copy-Paste[edit]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Draft:2022 Men's Asian Team Squash Championships a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into 2022 Men's Asian Squash Team Championships. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). Thank you.
