Billy Birch

User:Idoghor Melody William Birch is his given name and Billy Birch was the name he was known by. Why did you take out the shipwreck bits? Thabks for your help. FloridaArmy (talk) 21:27, 16 October 2021 (UTC)

User:Idoghor Melody probably the article should begin William "Billy" Birch..". I added an additional source and detail for his being on the ship: "He was on the ship SS Central America and was rescued by the S.S. Ellen^[1] along with his wife, who also managed to tuck away her pet canary and take it to safety as well.^[2]" FloridaArmy (talk) 21:39, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
