If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Subtle Medical requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 49ersBelongInSanFrancisco (talk) 07:14, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article Manijeh Razeghi has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. reddogsix (talk) 23:25, 23 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Manijeh Razeghi[edit]

Hi, I'm JSFarman. SJTatsu, thanks for creating Manijeh Razeghi!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Can you add sources to verify the specific assertions of the article? You need independent references to support that her work was at the core of 20th century telecommunications, that she holds 55 patents, etc.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Award categories[edit]

Please do not clutter the award categories by applying them to individual award winners. These categories are for awards, not people. As a general rule, even Category:Award winners and its subcategories should be avoided: for awards, list articles are generally preferred to categories (see WP:OCAWARD). There are a few exceptions for Nobel prize winners and such. You can annotate awards and prizes in the text, references, infoboxes, wikidata, and elsewhere. 🝨⚬ʍP (talk) 19:44, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The category is "Science and technology award winners" not "Science and technology awards". It is not cluttering the category to apply it to people who have won significant awards. If the category is supposed to be used for awards and not award winners, the category title should be changed.--SJTatsu (talk) 21:09, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Help with Robin Miles draft page[edit]

Hey there! I saw that you created Bahni Turpin's page. I love her. I just started my very first article on the audiobook narrator Robin Miles and thought you might be interested in helping: Draft:Robin Miles. (This is my first talk page comment. Not sure if doing this correctly.) --Betalister (talk) 21:40, 1 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Betalister! Very cool that you are making an article about Robin Miles. I would add and link/cite all of her awards. It looks like she has a lot of them! And that will help if anyone gives you a hard time about notability. I would add them myself but I am on a deadline. I will add stuff later though. :)Best, SJTatsu (talk) 21:47, 2 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve ArtSpan[edit]

Thanks for creating ArtSpan.

A New Page Patroller Rosguill just tagged the page as having some issues to fix, and wrote this note for you:

The article comes off as promotional and needs to be edited to be more neutral. Additionally, it could use more citations to significant coverage in reliable, independent sources to cement its claim to notability.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can reply over here and ping me. Or, for broader editing help, you can talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Ways to improve Bahni Turpin[edit]

Thanks for creating Bahni Turpin.

A New Page Patroller Rosguill just tagged the page as having some issues to fix, and wrote this note for you:

I'm not sure a quotation template is necessary for the Reviews section, and the indent is a bit distracting. Additionally, the article could use more citations to references that discuss Turpin in depth.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can reply over here and ping me. Or, for broader editing help, you can talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Your draft article, Draft:Audie Award Winners[edit]

Hello, SJTatsu. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Audie Award Winners".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 20:21, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Jessica Bejarano conducting at Davis.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Jessica Bejarano conducting at Davis.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 01:18, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The owner of the images wrote that we can use the images on Wikipedia. The reason I put it under not free content is that I do not know that the owner would want anyone to use the images for commercial purposes. SJTatsu (talk) 01:27, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
For images of living people, it is almost always the case that the image is considered replaceable as a freely licensed image could be created by someone taking a photo of them and releasing it under a free license. You state in the file information that you got the photo from the subject of the photo. Note that the copyright holder of an image is normally the photographer and not the subject of the photo. -- Whpq (talk) 11:38, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Samsung Electronics[edit]

Hello, SJTatsu. I recently made a proposal to create Wikiproject Samsung Electronics and was hoping that you would like to be among the first to support it! I chose you as I noticed you were a part of WikiProject Technology and I believe that you, being a self proclaimed tech enthusiast, would be invaluable to the WikiProject once it is formed. If you would look over and put your name on this page, it would mean a lot to me! Thanks, EDG 543 (talk) 14:58, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
