This review provides a list of editors who have made:
- 20+ comments
- In 4+ discussions[a]
It excludes discussions:
- With five or less participants[b]
- That concluded prior to 2023
The intent is that the vast majority of listings should constitute bludgeoning or otherwise disruptive behaviour that discourages uninvolved editors from participating. A manual review confirms that this is the case, although it is important to note that some exceptions do exist.
This review is limited to the these pages. This list contains:
- Talk pages in the scope of both Wikipedia:WikiProject Palestine and Wikipedia:WikiProject Israel, or
- Talk pages with {{ArbCom Arab-Israeli enforcement}}, or
- Talk pages with {{Contentious topics/Arab-Israeli talk notice}}, or
- WP:RSN pages
The intent was to create a representative sample of discussions, without risking cherrypicking by creating a custom list of discussions. While this does mean some discussions were excluded the overall impact should be minimal.
It is likely that twelve editors bludgeoned four or more discussions in 2023 or 2024:

- A different or expanded list of discussions
- A different number of comments considered bludgeoning
- A different date range
- A different number of discussions bludgeoned required for inclusion
Clarifications
[edit]- This analysis counts the number of comments that an editor made in a discussion by looking for an editors signature. It does not count the number of edits.
- This analysis counts every comment made within the discussion
- This analysis lists all editors who bludgeoned at least four discussions within the reviewed pages. Editors who bludgeoned less than four are not listed.
- The word count is limited to prose. While the method of producing this value is highly accurate, some errors may occur.
- The intent of this isn’t to get specific editors into trouble. This is a common issue in the topic area, and it can’t be resolved with targeted sanctions - instead, broad remedies are required.
