Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Veterans Memorial Stadium (Quincy, Massachusetts), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Quincy (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Non-free rationale for File:Connecticut Lady Wolves logo.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Connecticut Lady Wolves logo.gif. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:21, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Orlando Adrenaline

[edit]

Hello, DylanFaraci98. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Orlando Adrenaline".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Lapablo (talk) 11:29, 7 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The article Texas Rugby League has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-professional league with no indication of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

A tag has been placed on Category:Singe Rail roller coasters requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Copying licensed material requires attribution

[edit]

Hi. I see in a recent addition to Single–rail roller coaster you included material from a webpage that is available under a compatible Creative Commons Licence (the content is no longer in the article). That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. Please make sure that you follow this licensing requirement when copying from compatibly-licensed material in the future. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:32, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Lonestar Rugby League moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Lonestar Rugby League, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that cannot be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. It may take some time for a user to review the article, so please be patient. Thank you, Yosemiter (talk) 21:17, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: RugbyX (November 2)

[edit]
Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Jovanmilic97 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Even after 3 declines, still sourced only to WP:PRIMARY sources (coming from the subject itself).

Unspecified source/license for File:Round Rock Multipurpose Complex.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Round Rock Multipurpose Complex.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 20:45, 10 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Round Rock Multipurpose Complex.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Non-free rationale for File:Round Rock Multipurpose Complex logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Round Rock Multipurpose Complex logo.png.

Thank you. — JJMC89(T·C) 06:36, 12 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock request

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

DylanFaraci98 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

To whom it may concern,
I would like to appeal to the blocking of my account, DylanFaraci98, because I am a collegiate student-athlete with a part-time job who uses Wikipedia as a source of creativity and also use this site to work on getting better at my coding because I would like to go into similar fields. I primarily work on Hartford, Connecticut, soccer, and rugby articles because I believe they are largely ignored, especially in the United States, because there are members of rosters that have not been updated since 2018. There are also teams in history that have been completely ignored. Along with being a college student, I do not have the same amount of time as other users to accurately source my works, but I will do my best to improve my sourcing to your liking. At first, I did not know how to source correctly, but I have learned how to source more efficiently, but when I have made articles in the past and had to leave do to a scheduling conflict, whether between classes, work or practice, I would come back to Wikipedia and come to find my work deleted because it was not completed to the more experienced editors liking. As a suggestion, instead of deleting a user's work, could they move them to drafts because it will still give newer creators more time to work on their articles and not have to sock puppet to continue give updates on their interests. I apologize for sockpuppeting and not sourcing my articles correctly, but I will be more efficient in the future, if I am unblocked.
Thank you for your time,
DylanFaraci98

Decline reason:

There's a lot to unpack here. I think there may be a pathway to being unblocked for you, but this response does not give me confidence that it is possible yet. You seem to be saying it's other people's fault you engaged in sockpuppetry, and not your own. "I do not have the same amount of time as other users to accurately source my works, but I will do my best to improve my sourcing" also does not give me confidence. Please own up to your actions; I think it will also help for you to demonstrate a properly sourced edit on this page, and describe what copyright is(which we must take seriously as copyright violations potentially put Wikipedia in legal jeopardy) and how it can be used on Wikipedia(see WP:COPYVIO). I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 22:01, 14 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Non-free rationale for File:New England College Pilgrims (2019) logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:New England College Pilgrims (2019) logo.png.

Thank you. This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 4 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
