MatthewVanitas (talk) 17:30, 17 July 2014 (UTC)You may misunderdstand the use of WP:AFC
The reason I suggest this is that I have seen more than one example of your creating an article yourself, and reviewing it and accepting it yourself. While this is not inherently wrong it gives a weird impression to those of us who review articles, and may lead to a higher level of scrutiny on your work than other editors receive as a natural reaction to that impression.
If you judge yourself to be competent at the creation of articles pleas avoid the WP:AFC process, unless your desire is for others to review them. By reviewing your own work you learn nothing.
Please do continue to use your own userspace to create and polish the articles if that is what you choose, but please only use WP:AFC if you wish for a review by others. There is no obstacle to your moving the articles you create into the main namespace when you feel they are ready.
To be as clear as I am able, WP:AFC is intended for users who wish for other people to give input on their draft articles. Competent edtors may move directly past that process and create and migrate good new articles in and to the main namespace. Fiddle Faddle 15:56, 20 July 2014 (UTC)

Article editing
I noticed that you recently created a new article Anantrai Raval. Going through the history of the article, I noticed that you have done multiple major revisions in article like copying information from other source or Gujarati wikipedia and then wikifying it and so on. I'd suggest to use sandbox for such purposes and when you think the article is wikified and and at least start class, then move it to article space rather than creating and then updating it. Thanks for all your contributions to Gujarati literature. Coderzombie (talk) 05:43, 13 October 2014 (UTC)
- The way I generally do is, rather than moving the sandbox page to the new article, once I've enough wikified content, I create the page and paste the content there. That way the unnecessary history doesn't have to be part of the actual page. Coderzombie (talk) 10:06, 13 October 2014 (UTC)

Copyright checks when performing AfC reviews
Hello Nizil Shah. This message is part of a mass mailing to people who appear active in reviewing articles for creation submissions. First of all, thank you for taking part in this important work! I'm sorry this message is a form letter – it really was the only way I could think of to covey the issue economically. Of course, this also means that I have not looked to see whether the matter is applicable to you in particular.
The issue is in rather large numbers of copyright violations ("copyvios") making their way through AfC reviews without being detected (even when easy to check, and even when hallmarks of copyvios in the text that should have invited a check, were glaring). A second issue is the correct method of dealing with them when discovered.
If you don't do so already, I'd like to ask for your to help with this problem by taking on the practice of performing a copyvio check as the first step in any AfC review. The most basic method is to simply copy a unique but small portion of text from the draft body and run it through a search engine in quotation marks. Trying this from two different paragraphs is recommended. (If you have any question about whether the text was copied from the draft, rather than the other way around (a "backwards copyvio"), the Wayback Machine is very useful for sussing that out.)
If you do find a copyright violation, please do not decline the draft on that basis. Copyright violations need to be dealt with immediately as they may harm those whose content is being used and expose Wikipedia to potential legal liability. If the draft is substantially a copyvio, and there's no non-infringing version to revert to, please mark the page for speedy deletion right away using {{db-g12|url=URL of source}}. If there is an assertion of permission, please replace the draft article's content with {{subst:copyvio|url=URL of source}}.
Some of the more obvious indicia of a copyvio are use of the first person ("we/our/us..."), phrases like "this site", or apparent artifacts of content written for somewhere else ("top", "go to top", "next page", "click here", use of smartquotes, etc.); inappropriate tone of voice, such as an overly informal tone or a very slanted marketing voice with weasel words; including intellectual property symbols (™,®); and blocks of text being added all at once in a finished form with no misspellings or other errors.
I hope this message finds you well and thanks again you for your efforts in this area. Best regards--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 02:20, 18 November 2014 (UTC).

Draft:Ushnas concern
Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Ushnas, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.
If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.
You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.
If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.
Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:42, 16 January 2015 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Ushnas
Hello Nizil Shah. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Ushnas".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Ushnas}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. TKK! bark with me! 00:45, 23 January 2015 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Weegeerunner. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Gujarat Vidhya Sabha, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hello, I'm Scalhotrod. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Abu Salem without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The reverted edit can be found here. Invitation
Hello, Nizil Shah,
The Editing team is asking for your help with VisualEditor. I am contacting you because you were one of the very first testers of VisualEditor, back in 2012 or early 2013. Please tell them what they need to change to make VisualEditor work better for you. The team has a list of top-priority problems, but they also want to hear about small problems. These problems may make editing less fun, take too much of your time, or be as annoying as a paper cut. The Editing team wants to hear about and try to fix these small things, too.
You can share your thoughts by clicking this link. You may respond to this quick, simple, anonymous survey in your own language.
