Speedy deletion nomination of File:DHARIA.png

A tag has been placed on File:DHARIA.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. @JJMC89: Thanks for letting me know. But commons Wikimedia deletes my other files and i did't know where to start. Later, i decided uploading them on Wikipedia via file upload wizard. I am unable to write a clear description as i am totally unaware of files related policies. Moreover, i tried to understand file policies but failed. I apologize for my inabilities. Wikipedia and copyright
