@J. Dann There are two images in color. The second strip from the bottom should be dark blue. The exact shades are a matter of taste, I just ask that they not be as sharp as they are now, because they cannot be printed and the original author would not be able to use them. The only changes I'd request to bring it closer in appearance to the version in the link are: 1) For the three masts (and their ropes) to be placed behind the ship's railings rather than in front of them. 2) For the bow sprit to extend from the point where the railings and the beakhead meet, rather than from the side of the hull. Request: Hi there, would someone please be able to create a vectorized version of the Kingitanga coat of arms (also known as Te Paki-o-Matariki) as seen above?

Along with the above references, here are a couple of external references in case they are useful: image1 image2 image3. There is also a description of the arms on the Māori King movement page. None of the references I have seen appear to say what the figures the supporters are standing on are, but they look like they may be manaia or something similar.

Just a black and white version would be good, though if you're feeling particularly inspired to make a coloured version you could use that first external image as a guide.

I've made a version.svg that looks a bit more like the flags of the world version, which is better. Easier to recognise. The hermine spots aren't just a background pattern like in the right flag, but it refers to 10 subdivisions. I think it's also more respectful to clearly show them all. @Snow Lion Fenian: I've made first versions on the basis of their flags in a YouTube video made by St. Ives. I used the colours of these flags for the burgee, a serif lettertype that was available to me and comes closest to the original flag, and the background pattern of the burgee shown on yachts and yachting. If needed, these can be the basis for others to create an alternative version.

Antigua and Barbuda National Cadet Corps

Request: I request the Antigua and Barbuda National Cadet Corps emblem and flag. The emblem used until 2024 is the previous national coat of arms stripped of color, which is now vectorized, with the letters "ABNCC" and written in a circle "Antigua and Barbuda National Cadet Corps" and "excellence through discipline". You can see it in this document. The new emblem and flag can be seen at the beginning of this Facebook video. In addition to the emblem, the flag contains a wreath identical to the UN symbol, a ribbon with the „ABNCC” and a small inscription "Est. December 1945". The shield has the same shape and the same inscriptions, but instead of a landscape there are 5 silhouettes. None of these symbols are very visible, and they may not be in the public domain, so I'm leaving the most similar free images already uploaded to commons. It is probably a disused flag representing the Hazaras from Afghanistan, but it was only used in the context of pan-turkism in the last century, and not even by the Hazaras themselves. The yellow symbol is a simplified and geometricized Sasanian crowns. It does not have to be perfect, although it is elegant in the another file. Ok then. Thanks for the great work, it's excellent! There's just two things left to do. The first is copying File:Flag of Swansea University.svg from enwiki to Wikimedia Commons, I mentioned this in the first message but this wasn't done for some reason. The second is vectorizing the full coat of arms of Swansea University using the SVG coat of arms as a base. With the slightly different design between the different versions of the flag and coat of arms, maybe go ask @User:Vexald, the user who uploaded the coat of arms. I've been planning to get a vectorized version of the coat of arms loaded, so I'll do it soon (it needs some tidying up first). The university now flies a blue flag with its logo in white. Although the logo includes a stylized monochrome version of the shield, the formal coat of arms and shield remains what it always was, as granted by the College of Arms. First, the words have an irregular size and slightly warped appearance, and they appear to get smaller and larger as one reads across. Request: Hi. Here are four flags that each belong to a village in Alphen-Chaam, North Brabant, the Netherlands. These villages are Bavel, Galder, Strijbeek and Ulvenhout. Apart from being in the same municipality, they also share another similarity, their flags are nearly identical to each-other and this isn't a coincidence as they're all near each-other. The four flags contain the exact same pattern of four parts bisected in a Nordic Cross manner though without an actual cross. On the top line, a white square on the left and a green rectangle on the right. On the bottom line, a red square on the left and a red white rectangle on the right. The only difference is all four also add a symbol from their coat of arms and place it on the white square at the top. A few tips for a quicker answer to a future request:

When you're this far into Wikipedia, please make an account? It's not polite to demand a shrubbery without a proper introduction.
Please, keep your request simple: 13 pictures and 7 lines of text make it look like you're asking for a lot of illustrations to be made.
If you include empty slots, like these, we get a clear indication that the task isn't finished yet.
As a reference, the flag of Almere would be enough, because it has the format you want and its colours are closest to the request.
The pieces in the heraldic weapons are different from the flags as they are sold and used in the villages, which means that they'd better left out here. The gifs are the proper, but not very detailed, images to work with.

The flag of Bavel took me a bit more time. The cow didn't have the right proportions, for instance a tail with the length of a Marsupilami, because the design followed this more comical version of the heraldic weapon. A real cow with the exact same profile would collapse and break its legs. Mistakes in the drawing were made while copying earlier versions, so I went back to the version in this source. The only problems with the new version are that the surrounding black lines along the edges are no longer the same size on all three sides (e.g. the top diagonal line is significantly thicker and the bottom diagonal line is significantly thinner), and the three white letters have now become transparent as well. Based on the source photos, the field of the BSC ensign should be grey instead of blue, and the green and orange stripes in the BSC canton should be of a darker shade. To simplify Twain's description; It would consist of the U.S. flag of the time, but with the white stripes changed to black, and the stars in the canton replaced with a skull-and-crossbones. I'd recommend basing it off this interpretation here (albeit with the size of the canton and the flag's overall ratio matching those of the 1896 U.S. flag provided above, as well as using the same shades of red and blue as the 1896 flag). In 2021, I noticed that the "Macrobia" label added to the latter picture back in 2013 didn't match the style of the labels on the rest of the map, so I fixed it, but when I did, it appeared that my change hadn't gone through right away, so I reuploaded it a couple of times before reuploading it as a separate file, which later turned out to be completely unnecessary in hindsight.

Lol. Using words to indicate a colour is per definition confusing. If you ask for a dark blue by calling it en:Indigo, my first thought can easily be purple. In this example with just two pretty similar colour wheels, the left and right green are totally different. That's why we use for example HEX code or RGB numbers to specify a colour.

It's just like time: Good morning to you = good evening to me. That's why we specify a local time, when we plan a meeting across time zones. I noticed that the blue and red colors in all the former British Colonial Ensigns and Governors Flags are not the correct Union Jack colors, I would like to request that the red and blue colors in all the flag SVG vector images above be updated to the correct UK flag colors.
