Dhanya Ananya Filmography format discussion

Look at the majority of Actors/Actresses Wiki page, we don't specify Director's name. The Year, Title, Role , Notes and reference is the format. Please maintain the same format. Aadirulez8 (talk) 05:09, 18 February 2023 (UTC)

Well, I've very little experience writing about actors. I saw the movie Saudi Vellakka and looked up Dhanya on Wikipedia. She was nowhere to be found. Disappointed me wrote the article myself. I find that you are an expert in film related topic. You can carry out the necessary changes. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:08, 18 February 2023 (UTC)
Thank you for creating the article Dhanya Ananya Aadirulez8 (talk) 05:11, 19 February 2023 (UTC)

Dear Thilsebatti, Thanks for the barnstar. I really appreciate it. Malayala Sahityam (talk) 11:15, 24 February 2023 (UTC)

Women in Red

Hi there, Thilsebatti, and welcome to Women in Red. It's good to see you now intend to devote more of your time to writing about women. On the basis of your editing history, you will be a useful contributor to our project. I'm sure there are lots of women from Kerala and elsewhere in India who deserve to have articles on the English Wikipedia. If you haven't already done so, you might find it useful to look through our Essays, especially our Primer. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 07:12, 31 March 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for your kind offer. I only learned about Women in Red today. I thus made the decision to formally join the initiative. Even though I was not a member, I've already written some articles about notable women. Women in Red was something I was unaware of at the moment. Dhanya Ananya, Sushila Didi, Kozhikode Sarada, Sangeetha Sajith, Maliyekkal Mariyumma, and Kuriyedathu Thatri are a some of them. I intend to write more articles about women who deserve to have articles on the English Wikipedia. Many historical personalities exist. The absence of online references is the only issue. Even though I do a lot of research and add offline sources, I doubt many editors will agree on that. I'm eager to collaborate with you and others!! Thilsebatti (talk) 09:19, 31 March 2023 (UTC)
Yes, I looked through your editing history and saw that you had created two or three women's biographies and had helped out with many others. Although it is always useful to include one or two sources which are accessible online, references to published books, newspapers and journals should not be a problem if you are able to identify them clearly: publisher, author, date of publication, page, language, etc. Problems can however occur when all the sources in an article are in languages not using the Latin alphabet. I realize many of the world's encyclopedic resources are not too hot on Asian people but in some cases you might be able to find useful sources in the Wikipedia Library. You can access as a Wikipedia on that page and explore the various resources. Let me know if you encounter any problems.--Ipigott (talk) 10:30, 31 March 2023 (UTC)

References for Sajin Gopu

You can add these references to prove the notability of the article. Manick22 (talk) 11:34, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

Hey.Thank you for your suggestion. But Sajin Gopu is already notable without these sources. I have put good Malayalam sources in the article to meet GNG. But I will try to include this to improve the article further. Meanwhile can you help me to add filmography section to it? Thilsebatti (talk) 11:44, 9 May 2023 (UTC)

Juozas Jurginis

Hi, I'm trying to understand the background to Juozas Jurginis. It says you reviewed it on 26 July, but it looks like the edit you made was adding a source. Did you actually mean to mark the article as reviewed, or did that happen someone inadvertently? (I'm asking because sometimes Twinkle or some such marks an article reviewed automatically when you do some trigger action.) At the time the article was clearly unfinished, and cited only two sources, each only once. Can you shed any light on this? Thanks, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:59, 1 August 2023 (UTC)

I appreciate you alerting me to this. Actually I marked it as reviewed by mistake. This is something I just realised. A similar error was made earlier today with Richard Lim Beng Gee. I marked it as reviewed initially. However, I marked it as unreviewed after adding the peacock tag. I was perplexed as to why this occurred. So thank you for bringing this to my attention. For one month, I've been on trial and sincerely hope that I won't repeat these silly errors in the future. Is it possible to avoid this automatic triggering action while reviewing? I'm also concerned about whether I made any similar errors in previous reviews. I thoroughly reviewed my revisions and rest of my actions looks fine. But a second look would be appreciated. Thilsebatti (talk) 17:07, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
Okay, no worries; thanks for helping me understand this.
Both Twinkle and the NPP curation tool (in case you use either or both of those) have a tick-box for marking the article as reviewed, when you complete an action using those tools. I don't know this for sure, but it may be that the tool remembers that setting, ie. if you un-/select the box, it will default to that the next time you use it. That could catch you out.
I don't know, or at least can't immediately think, of anything that would automatically mark an article as reviewed just by making a manual edit using source editor. (I can't say anything about the visual editor, as I hardly ever use that.) Best, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 17:36, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
I don't think it happened while I made the manual edit. That does not make any sense. There is an one minute time gap between my review and that edit. I only make edits from mobile. But to make reviews, I have to switch to the desktop mode. But a few times, I was able to make reviews while on being the mobile mode. I don't know why the curation tool behaves like this. May be that is where the error occured. Thilsebatti (talk) 17:51, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
Yeah, I noticed that one-minute-difference. But as it's your only edit around that time, I put it down to a rounding error or some such. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 17:58, 1 August 2023 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you reviewed

Hello, Thilsebatti. Thank you for your work on Juozas Jurginis. User:DoubleGrazing, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Marking this as unreviewed for now, as it was marked as reviewed unintentionally (good faith), and I have some concerns about the notability.

Proposed deletion

Hello Thilsebatti,

I noticed you removed the proposed deletion for Bradford Perkins (architect) because it should be discussed. I created a topic on his talk page to discuss the proposed deletion when I nominated it-- are there any points you wanted to add to it about why the page should not be deleted? I appreciate your thoughts on the matter.

Vegantics (talk) 18:57, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

Hello Vegantics, thanks for contacting me. I said it should be discussed in the sense that you are free to take it to AFD. The offline sources need analysis from editors who are interested. Thilsebatti (talk) 23:41, 13 April 2023 (UTC)
Got it, thank you. I'll try to address some of my concerns re:WP:N and WP:PROMOTION before I move forward with nominating it for deletion.

I have sent you a note about a page you reviewed

Hello, Thilsebatti. Thank you for your work on Vijay Nagar metro station. User:MPGuy2824, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

The cited refs don't mention the station at all, let alone WP:SIGCOV

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|MPGuy2824}}. Please remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

-MPGuy2824 (talk) 04:19, 14 August 2023 (UTC)

Hi. Actually there were some sources such as [1] that mentions the station. I've read about a number of other metro stations that do not comply with GNG. I'm not sure if it's proper to say here but I was following WP:IGNORE to assist the readers. Now that I see you restored all of the redirects, I appreciate your sincere efforts to follow the regulations. I shall strictly adhere to the regulations starting next time. Thank you. Thilsebatti (talk) 08:55, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi, the metrorailnews ref wasn't present on the article. Even if we considered it, it would be a bare mention (along with a laundry list of the other stations) and does not show SIGCOV, which would require at least 2-3 paragraphs about the station itself. I suggest that you check up on the other metro station articles that you've reviewed, and revert them to redirects if they don't meet WP:GNG. Thanks and happy reviewing! -MPGuy2824 (talk) 09:10, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for the feedback. Let me go through all of it again. Thilsebatti (talk) 09:17, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
I've noticed that you've reviewed numerous articles, but many of them were marked as patrolled despite not meeting notability guidelines. I was going to bring this up with you, but @MPGuy2824 has already informed you about it. 𝙳𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚁𝚒𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚌𝚞𝚜𝚜 10:07, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
Is there any articles other than the metro stations? I hope I'm going in the righteous path. Thanks again for the feedback from both of you. Thilsebatti (talk) 10:12, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
It looks like Thilsebatti is going to take another look at the metro station articles, but if you are talking about other articles, then you should bring up a few examples so that he can either fix the issues, or disagree with you. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 10:12, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
That’s all. Good day! 𝙳𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚁𝚒𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚌𝚞𝚜𝚜 12:34, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
I never expected anyone to express concern over these reviews. As far as I'm concerned, the existence of those metro station articles are net positive to the encyclopaedia, despite significant coverage being unclear. So I ignored all rules. Anyway thanks again for pointing out this at an early stage. Now I understand that as an NPP reviewer, I have to stick by the rules. Thilsebatti (talk) 13:24, 14 August 2023 (UTC)

Request for removal of orphan tag from HICHS page

Dear Thilsebatti, thank you for reviewing the article for the Himalayan Institute of Cultural and Heritage Studies. Based upon your placement of an orphan tag on the page, I have added a link to another article in Wikipedia that mentions this institute ('Kullu district'), and also added a few categories to this article. I wonder if this fulfils the criteria for the removal of the orphan tag. If it does, I request you to please remove it. If it doesn't, I request you to please guide me about what can I do to de-orphan this article. Best wishes. Apandeyhp89 (talk) 11:42, 13 August 2023 (UTC)

Hi Apandeyhp89. Thank you for your contributions. Himalayan Institute of Cultural and Heritage Studies is an orphan, which implies that no other Wikipedia article links to it. To remove the orphan tag, it must be linked to at least one other wikipedia article. Thilsebatti (talk) 03:50, 14 August 2023 (UTC)

Welcome. Thank you Sir for you appreciation. ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 08:29, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
Please also review these two articles Kaatera
aand KD - The Devil ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 14:57, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
As per WP:NFF, films that have not been confirmed by reliable sources to have commenced principal photography should not have their own articles, as budget issues, scripting issues and casting issues can interfere with a project well ahead of its intended filming date. So I have marked Kater as reviewed because a release in October has been verified. However, I'm leaving KD-The Devil's as it's release date has not been confirmed yet. Thilsebatti (talk) 15:06, 12 August 2023 (UTC)
Thank you. Can you review this article Vaamana? ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 10:00, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
NFF states that for a future film to be notable, it's production must be noteworthy. I don't think the three sources in the article are enough. Thilsebatti (talk) 03:39, 14 August 2023 (UTC)

Hello, As you are activist for women and you have created a page for Tamana Zaryab Paryani.

I have a request and details for another Afghan Woman who is poet, please if you can work on that we can talk more Grapexels79 (talk) 14:59, 5 August 2023 (UTC)

Who is that poet? Thilsebatti (talk) 15:08, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
Shamim Frotan
She is many Italian news sources and in persian about 20 refrences Grapexels79 (talk) 07:33, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi Grapexels79. Investigating and translating the references needs some time. I will research on her when I'm not busy. Thanks for your contributions. Thilsebatti (talk) 16:26, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
Thanks a lot, and as I am not a contributor in Wikimedia, I have created a draft but as I was using shared IP and IP was blocked the draft deleted before review and if you wish I can share that draft data with you Grapexels79 (talk) 16:55, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
I suggest you create the draft, include the references, submit it for review and let it go through the AFC process. Thilsebatti (talk) 17:47, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
I have done this, but I am using a shared IP, and IP is blocked because I am a student in Italy and I am using the university internet, they have deleted it because of an IP violation, and even the Persian, Tajik، Italian, and Pashto Wiki was approved and was available for one year, but all deleted for cross-wiki spam.
I am not living in an alone apartment and not have dedicated internet so I have tried to add many articles and work for a better Wikipedia, but all have been deleted. Grapexels79 (talk) 07:41, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
You better ask for help at Teahouse dear friend. I'm not sure how to handle this situation. They must be able to help you. Thilsebatti (talk) 15:31, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
Thanks, I have posted Grapexels79 (talk) 17:09, 8 August 2023 (UTC)

Bro can you review this articles? *Vaamana and *Amulya Gowda ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 18:54, 15 August 2023 (UTC)

Hi. I'm assuming you've heard of WP:NACTOR. A person is presumed to be notable if she/he has had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions. I realised she played a really important role Kamali. But I can't tell if she's notable or not because I don't know the significance of her roles in other productions. Could you shed some light on this? Thilsebatti (talk) 03:27, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
Amulya Gowda as Sourya in Karthika Deepam telegu serial. Which aired on Starmaa.
  • Karthika Deepam [2]
She participated in Kannada Bigg Boss season 9.
  • Kannada Bigg Boss season 9[3]

The first source looks good. Add it to the article and I will mark it as reviewed. Thilsebatti (talk) 03:49, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
I added the source to the Article. Thank you ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 04:01, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
Can you Review this article Reeshma Nanaiah? ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 10:26, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
I cannot mark it as reviewed since I believe it is a case of WP:TOOSOON and the notability looks borderline. But I generally don't like to draftify these kind of articles that has borderline GNG pass. I'd also like to ask you about the image licencing. Do you own the photograph used in the article? Thilsebatti (talk) 10:37, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
Yes. I own that image to use in the article. She is debut her role in Ek Love Ya, Raana, etc and her upcoming films are KD - The Devil it is Pan India film. She also Model and won the prize in Bangalore. ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 10:51, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
Do you have any conflict of interest with her. In that case you should have gone through the AFC process to create the article. Please explain how you got her photograph. Thilsebatti (talk) 10:57, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
No.I just created her article for she is an actress of Kannada film industry. I just create Articles of Kannada Film industry actress and serial actress. I got the image from Instagram of her fan pages. It was normal I just edited that image. ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 11:03, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
Well then it's okay. But you are not supposed to use non-free images. It will get deleted. I suggest you to add few more reliable citations that gives her significant coverage to meet our GNG standards. Then only I can mark it as reviewed. Thilsebatti (talk) 11:12, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
I fixed it. Please check. Thank you ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 11:51, 16 August 2023 (UTC)

Can you review this article KVN Productions ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 00:45, 20 August 2023 (UTC)

A company must comply with WP:ORG to be notable. From my analysis it appears such is not the case. A history of deletion has been also found. I suggest you to approach some other more experienced reviewers if you want to get a second opinion on the notability. Thank you for you contributions and good luck. Thilsebatti (talk) 03:24, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
Ok Thank You. This article was someone created in 2022 that time KVN Productions is Not notable so that was article nominated for AfD, but now it is notable because it produced, and distributed Indian films like RRR, Sita Ramam, Pogaru, and upcoming films is KD - The Devil. I accept your opinion. Thank you ᵃʳᵘⁿ (talk) 07:12, 20 August 2023 (UTC)

New page reviewer granted

Hi Thilsebatti. Your account has been added to the "New page reviewers" user group. Please check back at the permissions page in case your user right is time-limited or probationary. This user group allows you to review new pages through the Curation system and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or nominate them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is vital to maintaining the integrity of the encyclopedia. If you have not already done so, you must read the tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the deletion policy. If you need any help or want to discuss the process, you are welcome to use the new page reviewer talk page or ask via the NPP Discord. In addition, please remember:

  • Be nice to new editors. They are usually not aware that they are doing anything wrong. Do make use of the message feature when tagging pages for maintenance so that they are aware.
  • You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted. Please be formal and polite in your approach to them – even if they are not.
  • If you are not sure what to do with a page, don't review it – just leave it for another reviewer.
  • Accuracy is more important than speed. Take your time to patrol each page. Steps such as checking for copyright violations using Earwig's copyright violation detector, checking for duplicate articles, and evaluating sources (both in the article, and if needed, via a Google search) for compliance with the general notability guideline are mandatory and will take a few minutes per article.
  • Please review some of our flowcharts (1, 2) to help ensure you don't forget any required steps.
  • Use the message feature to communicate with article creators and offer advice as much as possible.

The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you also may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. In cases of abuse or persistent inaccuracy of reviewing, or long-term inactivity, the right may be withdrawn at administrator discretion. If you can read any languages other than English, please add yourself to the list of new page reviewers with language proficiencies. – Joe (talk) 07:33, 22 August 2023 (UTC)

Phoolan Devi

Hi Thilsebatti thanks for your recent edit on Karenjeet Kaur Bains. I see from your profile that you are Indian and involved with the wonderful Women in Red project, so I wonder if I could ask you to have a look at Phoolan Devi. It currently has a peer review open and I'm keen to take it to FA, but I would appreciate it if someone familiar with North Indian naming and caste conventions could give an opinion on it. I've previously asked at WP:WIR and WP:India during the GAR but didn't get any response. Possibly this is systemic bias at work, possibly something else, I'm not really sure. If you have the time/energy either to take a look or to recommend an editor who could, I'd be very grateful! If not, no worries. Cheers, Mujinga (talk) 17:44, 12 July 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for noticing my efforts. Your words have given me extra motivation to go further. First and foremost, I have no prior experience with peer reviews. However, I believe that this is how I will explore and learn more about this site. Actually I'm from South India. Our naming convention is completely different from that of the North, and most of the foreigners are unaware of it. Even there are huge cultural differences. But I'll help you by telling you everything I know about this topic. The majority of North Indians use their caste name as their surname, but the majority of South Indians use their father's name as their surname. In the state of Manipur, the suffix Devi is a common name suffix. Many Manipuri women have this name suffix Devi. It is not a caste name, and is frequently used as an honorific. Phoolam Devi's birth name is Phoolam Mallah, I noted. North India has a caste called Mallaah. I think she belongs to this caste. People are identified by their caste or subcaste name in North India (which I strictly discourage in this 21st century). You may be aware of a large number of Indians going by the surnames "Mishra," "Patel," "Sharma", "Pandey," etc. I think Phoolam Devi's article should continue to be titled Phoolam Devi if we follow WP:COMMONNAME. All I know is this. I apologise in advance if you or someone else who reads this topic finds that what I stated has some incorrect statement. Thilsebatti (talk) 06:12, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
I'm pinging MPGuy2824, one of our prolific NPR from Uttar Pradesh. I have not interacted with them in the past, but cross pathed several times. I hope they will see and respond to this thread. Thilsebatti (talk) 06:18, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
I have one article waiting for a GA, so I'm not sure how qualified i am to judge an article for FA. I'll be re-posting about this at Wikiproject India where hopefully there will be knowledgeable editors who would look at the article. P.S. As my user name might suggest, i'm actually from a neighbouring state of UP. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 07:30, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for responding MPG. Do you have anything more to add regarding the naming convention in North India. It could be useful for Mujinga. Thilsebatti (talk) 07:32, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
I believe you've covered it well in the response above, but i'll take a look at the article for minor issues that i see. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 07:56, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
That would be nice!! Thilsebatti (talk) 08:54, 13 July 2023 (UTC)
Thanks to both, that's super helpful! Mujinga (talk) 12:04, 13 July 2023 (UTC)

Hellos it's been a week and for whatever reason there isn't really any new participation at the peer review. I understand the reticence for both of you to steer clear of giving an opinion on Phoolan Devi's FA standard, as I would have felt the same before doing some FA reviews myself, but I'd say you are both very qualified to give an opinion at peer review since you are more familiar with the issues than most editors on wikikpedia. No worries if you don't want to, but then could I ask you Thilsebatti and MPGuy2824 directly if you think there's anything that needs changing with the article before I close the peer review? I see a couple of editors who comment at WP:INDIA have made minor edits on the article and I'm not sure if that means tacit approval or whether I should keep on asking for help. Cheers, Mujinga (talk) 08:20, 19 July 2023 (UTC)

One editor commented on my talk page after making a change to one of the sentences mentioning the subject's caste. I had a problem with this phrase "parents decided to make an arranged marriage for her". Maybe "arranged to get her married" works a bit better. Also the sentence "He was three times her age." could be folded in to one of the previous sentences. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 08:35, 19 July 2023 (UTC)
Yes I saw that edit but not the exchange on your talkpage, thanks for mentioning it! I think your two suggestions for copy editing are great and I've made the changes. Cheers, Mujinga (talk) 12:37, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

I believe you should have waited a little longer before publishing this article into mainspace. Even though I'm not an expert on movie pages, this film appears to be under pre-production from my research. Anyway I'm not going to draftify it. You better seek the advice of another reviewer. Ministries of Indira Gandhi

Greetings! I write to you to seek some guidance while I work on expanding articles. You might have noticed that I had recently been working out on several Indian politics related topics especially adding more information and resources to the ministerial articles and the cabinets headed by our Prime Ministers. In this process, I came across a situation of serious doubts.

As per the site, it says Mrs. Gandhi headed only three cabinets as Prime Minister, one from 1966 to 1971, the second one from 1971 to 1977 and the final one from 1980 to 1984. However, as per government data and sources, she led four ministries. One from 1966 to 1967, the second from 1967 to 1971, the third from 1971 to 1977 and the final one from 1980 to 1984. It is to worth note that she did not retain all of Nanda's ministers when she was first made PM in 1966. The whole cabinet resigned and many were reappointed after elections in 1967. Same has been followed with other PMs who were reelected. In this trend, I suggest that First Indira Gandhi ministry is bifurcated into First and Second Indira Gandhi ministry pages and the Second Indira Gandhi ministry is moved as Third, while the Third Indira Gandhi ministry is moved to Fourth. Same was for the Rajiv Gandhi ministries that I created. Looking for your response and I can attach my references to support my proposal. Oritsu.me (talk) 03:50, 30 August 2023 (UTC)

First and foremost, thank you for your contributions. You're doing an excellent job. In situations like this, the opinion of the community matters the most. So I recommend that you start a conversation on the article's talk page or another appropriate venues. I'm also pinging some of our more experienced editors to seek their thoughts. MPGuy2824, DreamRimmer, Kj cheetham; I hope you guys will share your thoughts. Thilsebatti (talk) 04:12, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
I agree with Thilsebatti: Start a conversation on the talk page, add your supporting references to that conversation, then inform Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Indian politics. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 04:15, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
I also agree this should be an article talk page, and potentially project talk page, discussion. -Kj cheetham (talk) 08:56, 30 August 2023 (UTC)

Horace Greasley article

Hi, @Thilsebatti, you've reverted my Prod re: Horace Greasley article on the basis that there's a need for discussion at the Talk page. As you will know, I gave my reason at the Talk page (i.e. there's no evidence of notability at all) but you have not discussed there. You are perfectly entitled to revert the prod but a good faith revert on the basis you have requires you to at least try to discuss. Could you provide your reason/s for believing the article conforms to WP:Notability; in particular WP:GNG? All the best, Emmentalist (talk) 13:44, 14 June 2023 (UTC)

Hi again, @Thilsebatti, I see your reply to @vegantics and take the same point vegantics did. Thank you. I will likely go to AfD and your point is well made. All the best, Emmentalist (talk) 13:49, 14 June 2023 (UTC)

Notability tag + marking as reviewed

Hey there. I'm Novem, it's nice to meet you. I noticed you're marking some articles as NPP reviewed and then adding a notability maintenance tag, for example in Noh Ran, Stephanie Bishop. I also notice you're marking some articles as reviewed and leaving the notability maintenance tag placed by others, for example Wendy Maree Wilkins. Usually if an article has notability problems, we should send it to AFD. And if you do a thorough notability check and determine that it is notable, we should remove notability tags. Can you talk a bit more about your process? Thanks a lot. Looking forward to your feedback. –Novem Linguae (talk) 17:51, 4 September 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for your feedback. I only add notability tags and mark those articles as reviewed when I think the notability is on the border line. I believed it wouldn't be a big issue as long as the article is good in all other respects. However, the annoyance of seeing the backlog of more than 10,000 articles is the main reason why I did it. If my actions were not correct, I apologise and appreciate you letting me know right away. I'm gradually trying to gain more experience, so if you find any mistakes from my side, please do let me know regardless of their seriousness. I hope that my reviews have not caused any further issues. Best wishes. Thilsebatti (talk) 18:19, 4 September 2023 (UTC)
Hey there. Thanks for the quick and pleasant response. I think the consensus is that we should not lower our standards depending on the size of the backlog. So let's continue to do a thorough notability evaluation of each article. Every article must pass an SNG or have around 3 GNG-quality sources. We first check the article's citations for these sources, and if we don't find them there, then we do a WP:BEFORE, which for me consists of scanning the first pages of Google News and Google Books. If an article doesn't pass that standard, then we should AFD the article unless we are confident from previous experiences at AFD that the article would survive AFD. Feel free to leave borderline articles in the queue for a more experienced reviewer if you are unsure, or to ask questions on the NPP Discord or at WT:NPPR. Oh, and let's remove notability tags if your notability research discovers it is notable. If you need to go back through some of your old articles and put them back in the queue, I'd encourage this. Hope this helps. Thank you. –Novem Linguae (talk) 18:31, 4 September 2023 (UTC)
Noted. Thanks again for the feedback. Thilsebatti (talk) 18:57, 4 September 2023 (UTC)

Patricia Mannerheim; I think the existing sources in the article are enough for a GNG pass. Hence I have published it into mainspace. Thanks and best wishes. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:26, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
so much thanks for your help. appreciate that. —Patricia (Talk) 12:43, 2 September 2023 (UTC)

I needed to ask you one more thing: How does Mario Adrion meet the notability guidelines? 𝙳𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚁𝚒𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚌𝚞𝚜𝚜 03:59, 5 September 2023 (UTC)

I think the citations like [4], [5] and [6] are enough for a GNG pass. It is likely to survive an AFD discussion. Thilsebatti (talk) 04:52, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
The first source you mentioned is an interview, which is a primary source. To meet the notability guideline (GNG), we need secondary independent sources. The second source you provided is from pride.com, a platform known for publishing sponsored posts, as evident here. Consequently, it is also not considered independent. The third source is from swe.de, a website known for publishing sponsored posts, as seen here. Additionally, the sources cited in the article mainly consist of interviews, sponsored articles, and unreliable sources. Therefore, it does not meet the GNG criteria.
Furthermore, Mario Adrion did not play significant roles in multiple films, except for a role as a judge in a show. Their fame primarily stems from their participation in American Idol, along with viral internet videos featuring conversations with the show's judge, Katy Perry. It's important to note that being famous and being notable are distinct concepts, which is why it does not pass the SNG. 𝙳𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚁𝚒𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚌𝚞𝚜𝚜 06:53, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
I appreciate your source evaluation. I think our main responsibility as NPP reviewers before marking an article as reviewed is to determine whether it has a possibility of surviving an AFD discussion. My assessment led me to the conclusion that it complies with GNG (not SNG). I might be mistaken or right. But I think this is not a major issue. We have witnessed AFD conversations in which highly prolific editors cast keep votes, but the article ultimately gets deleted. So we cannot blame everyone. I'm not attempting to justify myself. All I just wanted to say is that everything is dependent on our judgement capability. Because of this disparity in judgement ability, I may have done the same with some other articles as well. But I really want to thank you again for your honest efforts to help me become a better reviewer. I'll take your criticism seriously, try hard and take more time during reviews to improve my skill set. Your criticism is always appreciated. Thilsebatti (talk) 07:18, 5 September 2023 (UTC)

Defaultsort tip

Hello! This is completely optional for NPP, but I have some friendly advice for you if you'd like to follow it. I've noticed that you primarily review BLP articles, and in very few of them, the article creators use the "defaultsort category," while in most of the articles, "defaultsort" is not used. You must be aware of how important it is to use "defaultsort" in BLPs, so please keep "defaultsort" in mind whenever you review a BLP. You can install this script to use "defaultsort" easily. Thanks! 𝙳𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚁𝚒𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚛 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚌𝚞𝚜𝚜 19:19, 4 September 2023 (UTC)

I appreciate your advice. To be really honest, I am aware of defaultsort. You might not be able to grasp what I'm saying. But I will attempt to clarify. I solely use my phone to edit. It's tough to switch between the mobile version and desktop version, which is why I don't defaultsort very often. I assume you are aware that using the mobile version to review articles or add tags is not possible. Because of this, I have to go to the desktop version, which is really annoying from my perspective to make edits. To make the edit again, I have to go to mobile mode again. Sometimes I feels like I'm struck in a loop. Thanks to you, I'm now aware of this script. Let me see how well I can use it, and if I have any issues, I'll let you know. Hello. I found your name in the list https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ListUsers/patroller. I published an article in the main space on August 29:Mirza Mehdi Tehrani .I still don't know if it has been reviewed. I request you to review this article if you have time and Possible. About Nobility and secondary sources i certain. But I am worried about the grammar. Thank you again. Foad.badri (talk) 13:11, 11 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi. I would like to point out that the notability appears to be on the edge. The majority of the sources are primary, making a GNG pass challenging. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my translator;the majority of the sources appear to be interviews. Thilsebatti (talk) 04:05, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
Hi my Master. I got a message from this user in August 29, and again in September 11. About this Article. Sorry i hope not bothering u. I want to asking one more thing. About this Article: Mirza Mehdi Tehrani.I was created this subject (March 2022) and the end iam not successful on this . I think that who created this, used some better sources than me which means: secondary and independent.I looked at the sources and came to a few points: Source number one, actually the first source seems to be a 100% independent and secondary source: because it is not an interview and a critique of a profession is the subject of the article. Written by two university professors from Ukraine and Russia. This source (#1) is only about Mirza. Discusses his career as a journalist, his tenure as a university professor, and most importantly, writing about motion pictures with essay topics. I think the title of the article indicates the creative point. Although source number two is a conversation, the interviewer has independently expressed his opinion about Mirza at the end of the article. In fact, here the interviewer is talking about the subject of the article as a representative of the outside world. I think source #4 also has some creative points. Because there is no dialogue and it talks about two characters: the first is Arthur Asa Berger and the second is Mirza. This source probably has the same creative feature. Maybe I'm wrong Maybe not, But not bad this article will review even some tags put in top for Better at feature. Best. —Patricia (Talk) 09:58, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
Sorry to admit that I'm finding it very tough to catch up with you (probably because of your language). I've done my best to comprehend what you've stated, but haven't completely understood. But not bad this article will review even some tags put in top for Better at feature; are you requesting me to mark it as reviewed and put appropriate tags? Thilsebatti (talk) 13:01, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
sorry to bother you again. Yes sir.sorry I couldn't write my request exactly in my previous message. About Article :I mean exactly what you mentioned in the last two lines of your message. Reviewed and perhaps use of tag. Best. —Patricia (Talk) 14:17, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
Going through the sources required some time and effort. But I couldn't say no to your request. It has been marked as reviewed. Best regards Thilsebatti (talk) 03:27, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
Appreciate that sir. Best wishes. —Patricia (Talk) 09:28, 15 September 2023 (UTC)

Quick clarification

Hello Thilsebatti, I hope you're doing well 🙂 Thank you for recently reviewing the article Nina Chermak Rosenberg, but I wanted to ask about the unreliable sources tag you put on the page. What exactly are you referencing here so I can fix the issue? Thanks! Johnson524 14:31, 4 September 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions. IMDb sources are generally considered unreliable. You can visit Wikipedia:Citing IMDb for more information. Best wishes. Thilsebatti (talk) 14:46, 4 September 2023 (UTC)
Thank you for the quick response, and sorry for not reciprocating myself 😅 I have never wrote an article about someone with an IMDb profile before, so I was unaware of much of the policy regarding them. Looking over the criteria for unacceptable uses though, I don't believe anything in the article I used the profile as a source for would be considered "contentious", so do you think I would be able to remove it? Thank you again, and cheers! Johnson524 01:19, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
So long as the policy permits it, you may use it. I've made a numerous BLPs of people with IMdb profiles, but I've never used it as a source as I don't like to use it. Thanks again for your contributions and best wishes. Thilsebatti (talk) 02:14, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
Because policy permits, I think I am going to remove it. Keeping in mind what you've told me though, I have a few more citations I'm planning to add to the article, with which, I will try to replace as many IMDb references as I can. Thanks again for your help, Cheers! (Oh, and sorry again for the late response, this is the second time I've forgotten to reply!) Johnson524 11:31, 6 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi. I'm not sure if he meets WP:GNG. It looks borderline and is in doubt. I thus checked to see if he qualifies for a notability pass under any of the relevant SNGs such as WP:ENT or WP:NPROF. Vizhinjam International Seaport

@ThilsebattiWhy do you repeatedly omit the valuable information about the port mentioned in the first paragraph and consistently reintroduce the location details? Could you please clarify the rationale for this? You can refer to the pages about Singapore and Dubai ports for context. Before making changes, kindly offer an explanation for the alteration. If a specific piece of information or sentence is missing, please consider adding that particular item instead of removing the entire introductory information. The first paragraph contains distinctive features of the port, so any proposed changes should be accompanied by valid justifications GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 17:47, 20 October 2023 (UTC)

Malayalees are not the only ones who read Wikipedia. How are readers from other countries meant to know where the port is located? Why are you constantly trying to hide the fact that the port is located in Vizhinjam? You also removed out the fact that the port will be able to meet 75 percent of India's container transshipment needs, which is an important information. The fact that it is located 16 kilometres from the nearest port, which is a key characteristic of the port was also removed. I found it tough to rearrange all of this information, so I went back to the best version. I urge that you read Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section. According to WP:CONACHIEVE when editors do not reach agreement by editing, you should open a discussion on the article's talk page and work toward achieving consensus. You edited a 14-year-old article with some major content changes without even providing a proper edit summary [7]. It is not something that I or some other editors agree with. Therefore, kindly start a conversation on the talk page and explain the reason for your changes. It is the proper approach. Next you engaged in disruptive editing when you removed the AFD nomination template [8] and gave a misleading edit summary. I nominated the article for deletion because I believe it violates our standards for notability. Any editors including you are welcomed to participate in the discussion. Finally, List of universities in Malappuram district is violating our WP:NLIST policy. We already have List of institutions of higher education in Kerala which is only 17000 bytes in size. Therefore, a separate article for each districts of Kerala is not necessary. You mentioned that there are still a few district-specific lists. I can't seem to find any. Topic Bright Vachirawit

Hi, with respect to your tag Weasel on the article, Artist articles are mainly in other languages, hence Google translator is considered. The base article is reviewed multiple times and all necessary citations provided accordingly. I have again cleansed the article, corrected few statements. Request you consider it again.

Let me know which lines are creating doubts, so that I could provide details on the same. Also, do review article 'Metawin Opas-iamkajorn'.along with ASTRO Stuffs and Cloud9 Entertainment, this is 1st time writting company article and already made amendments as per suggestions.

Why are you constantly trying to hide the fact that the port is located at Vizhinjam? You also removed out the fact that the port will be able to meet 75 percent of India's container transshipment needs, which is an important information. The fact that it is located 16 kilometres from the nearest port, which is a key characteristic of the port was also removed. I found it tough to rearrange all of this information, so I went back to the best version. I urge that you read Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section. Thilsebatti (talk) 03:36, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
You've been consistently eliminating essential aspects of the port while continually inserting details about its location and distance from the airport, which are not essential in the initial few lines.Additionally, numerous details were lost during your undo of the edit. It's important to double-check the edit history to ensure that existing information isn't inadvertently removed while undoing edits.I would suggest referring to the Wikipedia pages for the Chennai Port. The Chennai Port is situated on E Kal Mandapam Rd. However, it is described as "Chennai" on the page, which may not be inclusive for readers who are not Tamil speakers. Similarly, the Singapore Port is located on Alexandra Road, but its page is simply labeled "Singapore," despite being accessible to a wider audience. These pages do not provide the local name, which aims to highlight the city's name. Therefore, it raises the question of why only the Vizhinjam Port Wikipedia page follows this practice.
You might wonder if there's an example of a port Wikipedia page that adheres to the style I mentioned. Please refer the port page of International ports! GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 10:36, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
@ThilsebattiI reviewed the manual, and it doesn't specify that the distance from the airport should be mentioned in the first line. Instead, it suggests that the port's unique features should be prioritized and presented first. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 10:58, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
@ThilsebattiPlease follow the international standards used in similar pages
The Jabal Ali Port is situated in the Jbel Ali district, yet the precise location within the Jabel Ali district is not specified on the Jabal Ali Port Wikipedia page.
When reviewing the Rotterdam Port page, it is noted that the district name is mentioned, but the exact village name of the port is absent.
A similar style is observed on the Singapore Port page. The focus is primarily on the city name, rather than the specific panchayat or taluk details. This style aligns with the way port information is typically presented, especially in the United States.
If you happen to come across a port Wikipedia page that follows the format you've described, please share it with me. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 11:18, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
sorry one correction - not only in US but every where GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 11:32, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Can you point me to a credible source where it is referred to as Trivandrum Port or Port of Trivandrum? It is mentioned as Vizhinjam Port everywhere including in international medias It is therefore necessary to state that it is located in Vizhinjam, Thiruvananthapuram, rather than simply stating Thiruvananthapuram. If you believe this is an error, please start a discussion on the article's talk page to rename this article appropriately. Vizhinjam must be mentioned in the article as long as the title is Vizhinjam International Port. I just observed that you incorrectly listed Willingdon Island as the location of Cochin Port. Vallarpadam terminal, Mattanchery Wharf, and a berth for oil tankers near Marine Drive are all part of the Cochin Port. All this comes under the Greater Cochin area which is why it is known as Cochin Port. Thilsebatti (talk) 11:40, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Can you confirm if I previously included information about the Port of Trivandrum? I recall removing older data and inserting details about the Port of Trivandrum, which had been previously authored by someone else, and it resurfaced when I retrieved the data. Additionally, concerning the Kochi page, I made some corrections, such as changing 'Kochi Lake' to 'Vembanad' and adding the precise location of the port on the Kochi page."No worries, I forgot to mention that I intend to add both "Vallarpadam" and "Mattanchery Wharf" simultaneously to the location. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 11:46, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Mattanchery Wharf is not a location. The region is only known by that name. All of them are coming under the Kochi metropolitan area because of which there is no need to seperately add all of them. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:00, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Many individuals who are not familiar with the Kochi Metropolitan area may not be aware of it, which is why it's essential to provide detailed information in this context. So if mattenchery wharf is not in the location i mentioned please chane the location name with the exact location rather than removing all the location i mentioned there GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:02, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Given that the page is read by individuals who are non malayalees , I have provided a thorough description of the Cochin Port's location, specifying that the Mattanchery Wharf is situated on Wellington Island etc . Please refrain from removing this comprehensive information. Please correct the information is wrong but please don't remove it GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 11:56, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
@ThilsebattiIf you intend to modify this information, kindly provide a credible source that verifies the accuracy of the information I supplied there. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:00, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
[9], [10]]. Search Cochin Port and you will get many. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:04, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
conducted a search for Cochin Port, and it appears that the information I provided about its extent over the mentioned area is accurate and supported by my findings. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:08, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
@ThilsebattiPlease provide resources before removing the locations else i will report your actions GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:05, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I have already provided reliable sources. You are taking this personal. Please refrain from edit warring. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:08, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I @ThilsebattiI don't take this personally. I currently reside in the United States and am not well-versed in the Kochi Metropolitan area. However, I am acquainted with places like Vallarpadam and Wellington Island. Therefore, I believe it's beneficial to offer comprehensive information, mentioning all the port locations, as this isn't inaccurate; I'm not providing false information. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:14, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Please refrain from removing data if it is accurate. However, if you find that the location information is incorrect, you may replace it with the accurate details. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:10, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I have added reliable sources to the article. Please refrain from edit warring. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:15, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Please report it i will argue with facts that you are removing the orginal information from the page GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:16, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I too have proof that the information i had added is correct GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:17, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
You are the one who first made changes to Cochin Port, which I objected. I even provided you with reliable sources to prove that the port is located in Kochi Metropolitan area only. And still you violated the 3RR rule. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:36, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I have updated International Container Transshipment Terminal, Kochi by giving the proper location like that of Vizhinjam Port. I guess now you are satisfied. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:19, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
@ThilsebattiI appreciate the consistency in applying the rules to everyone. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 12:51, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
Cochin Port is located on two islands in the Kochi Metropolitan Area: Vallarpadam Island and Willingdon Island. I have added that the Container Terminal at Vallarpadam is located in Vallarpadam, Kochi. So I'm still perplexed as to why you made those unnecessary changes. I think you have some other intentions. The port of Vizhinjam is located in a single place, Vizhinjam, coming under Trivandrum Metropolitan area, which is why I put the location as Vizhinjam. We don't have any separate article titled as Port of Trivandrum. If we had, I would have only mentioned the location as Trivandrum. I'm not sure how to explain this any more. Thilsebatti (talk) 13:18, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I regret any misunderstanding, but I want to clarify that I am not the one who initially introduced the information about the Port of Trivandrum into the article. I recommend going back into the editing history to verify this. When I compared the current version with the older edit, it was apparent that I included details about the Port of Trivandrum that were previously authored by another contributor. My aim is solely to provide accurate information and not to omit other details while adding points to the Vizhinjam article.I believe you may have ulterior intentions in this matter, as I've noticed that multiple pieces of information are consistently left out when you revert edits in articles. Concerning the Kochi Port, it's beneficial to provide specific location details. This helps non-Malayalee individuals navigate Kochi more easily, enabling them to recognize that Vallarpadam is a part of the port when they are there and likewise for Wellington Island, reducing confusion about the precise locations of different port segments. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 13:55, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I accidentally reversed the correction you made to the spacing issue. I apologize for the oversight. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 14:00, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
You are implying that I may have ulterior intentions in this matter to an editor who actually improved and expanded that article to its present state. I've spent the better part of a day developing the Vizhinam Port's article into what it is now. You claimed that I had omitted several pieces of information, but you didn't specify which ones. On the other hand, I have clearly said why I reverted your edits on Vizhinjam Port's article. This is not the first article I've improved. I've created more than 200 articles and expanded or modified many more. I only want to improve this encyclopedia, nothing else. My goal is to give the readers the most accurate information possible. Thanks for your time. I don't like to discuss this further on my talk page. Thilsebatti (talk) 14:15, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I want to clarify that I am not the individual who initially introduced information about the Port of Trivandrum. I encourage you to review the edit history from September to verify this. I've also dedicated time to editing information on the page, with the aim of providing valuable information for Wikipedia readers. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 14:27, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
I commend your dedication to enhancing Wikipedia. GeorgeFernandez1968 (talk) 14:29, 21 October 2023 (UTC)

Hi, Thilsebatti! I'm over at New Page Patrol, and I recently looked at an article you had marked as patrolled, Katrine Sakhnov. Upon review, the article relied solely on primary sources, the vast majority of which did not name the subject. I understand that sometimes we make quick judgments in NPP (I've gotten my share of messages from Liz), but as you review, try to remember to check out the sources to make sure they're good. Take care, Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 03:55, 31 October 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for your honest feedback. Sometimes we make quick judgments just like you mentioned. I will try to become more aware about these primary sources. Thilsebatti (talk) 06:27, 31 October 2023 (UTC)

New pages patrol newsletter

Hello Thilsebatti,

New Page Review article queue, March to September 2023

Backlog update: At the time of this message, there are 11,300 articles and 15,600 redirects awaiting review. This is the highest backlog in a long time. Please help out by doing additional reviews!

October backlog elimination drive: A one-month backlog drive for October will start in one week! Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled. Articles will earn 4x as many points compared to redirects. You can sign up here.

PageTriage code upgrades: Upgrades to the PageTriage code, initiated by the NPP open letter in 2022 and actioned by the WMF Moderator Tools Team in 2023, are ongoing. More information can be found here. As part of this work, the Special:NewPagesFeed now has a new version in beta! The update leaves the NewPagesFeed appearance and function mostly identical to the old one, but updates the underlying code, making it easier to maintain and helping make sure the extension is not decommissioned due to maintenance issues in the future. You can try out the new Special:NewPagesFeed here - it will replace the current version soon.

Notability tip: Professors can meet WP:PROF #1 by having their academic papers be widely cited by their peers. When reviewing professor articles, it is a good idea to find their Google Scholar or Scopus profile and take a look at their h-index and number of citations. As a very rough rule of thumb, for most fields, articles on people with a h-index of twenty or more, a first-authored paper with more than a thousand citations, or multiple papers each with more than a hundred citations are likely to be kept at AfD.

Reviewing tip: If you would like like a second opinion on your reviews or simply want another new page reviewer by your side when patrolling, we recommend pair reviewing! This is where two reviewers use Discord voice chat and screen sharing to communicate with each other while reviewing the same article simultaneously. This is a great way to learn and transfer knowledge.

Regarding Jishnu Raghavan

I'm Arjun Menon alias Helloo 68. I'm here to Share some truth to you. Why i'm eager to Jishnu Raghavan article means. Jishnu is one of the notable actor in Malayalam and also he was my late best friend from my childhood so don't badly understand that I have obsession on his article. First time, I had started my Contribution for Jishnu on December 2021. Unexpectedly Jishnu's article deleted on 8 June 2022 and deleted by user:Jimfbleak I will say the reason for that too why he was deleted the article I had created article for the film Choonda which was acted by Jishnu Raghavan I had created successfully but suddenly deleted because he mentioned that no sources and copyvio. Deletion of Choonda article is really acceptable for me but suddenly at the same time Jishnu Raghavan's article was deleted by Liz It's totally unfair. It is so disappointing that the notable deceased doesn't have article in en:wikipedia. It became since 1 week that I don't know how this article going to be created and now I'm helpless now I cannot do anything. 2409:4072:6E18:DF5F:7588:3C0A:AE5:484F (talk) 02:05, 20 December 2023 (UTC)

Sara Al-Saqqa

Hi Thilsebatti, I just saw your question to me at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Women_in_Red#The_BBC's_100_women about Sara Al-Saqqa. Sorry I don't check pings but you'd always be very welcome to drop me a talkpage message about stuff like this. On a quick look I'd agree that sadly Sara Al-Saqqa doesn't yet meet wikinotability requirements. Cheers! Mujinga (talk) 12:39, 15 December 2023 (UTC)

This could be because of her nationality. That is the sad reality. Thilsebatti (talk) 12:45, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
Yes I think that's a factor for sure, but there are other issues too. Take for example Renita Holmes who is a US-based housing rights camapaigner and seems to have been put on the 100 list because she hugged a police officer - I also couldn't find enough to make a wikiarticle for her. Jishnu Raghavan Re-Creation

2409:40F4:100B:6886:AD21:7DE:9C22:7B61 (talk) 13:53, 26 December 2023 (UTC)

I requested you multiple times to stop making promotional edits on Jishnu's article which you ignored. I also asked you to declare your conflict of interest, which you ignored. You are the sole cause of all this problems. Because of you, a well-known actor does not have a Wikipedia article. If you truly wish to see Jishnu's article again, you must refrain from making requests on other users' talk pages. I will write his article as soon as I have some free time. Someone else will do it if I'm unable to do it. Please refrain from leaving comments on my talk page. Thilsebatti (talk) 16:20, 26 December 2023 (UTC)
I will refrain Thilsebatti and thank you for your acceptance to create my Jishnu's article 2409:40F4:1039:D566:D93:5D8B:583F:A7CC (talk) 13:01, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
