Has an inconsistent birth date, according to the references 2007 is more likely to be accurate. All the best: Rich Farmbrough 19:45, 15 August 2021 (UTC).[reply]

Notice

The article AR12665 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

There is nothing notable about this particular solar active region. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to express how unnotable this active region is to someone who is not acquainted with solar phenomena. In short, the only reason there are articles on this active region at all is because NASA used it to demonstrate the evolution of sunspots (https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2017/two-weeks-in-the-life-of-a-sunspot and https://www.nasa.gov/image-feature/nasas-solar-dynamics-observatory-watches-a-sunspot) resulting in other news outlets copying the story.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on SKU (redirect) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

accidental page created with a technical error. I meant to move to SKU (disambiguation)

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. — Shibbolethink ( ) 15:18, 29 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination for merger of Template:Fixcaps

[edit]

Template:Fixcaps has been nominated for merging with Template:Title case. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page. Thank you. {{u|Sdkb}}talk 23:45, 23 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Sdkb: This is useful, oddly I visited WP today to record the below text for later use, and {{Fixcaps}} is exactly what I need to avoid retyping the whole thing.

{{Fixcaps|KEgAN/PAUL, /TRENCH, /TRubner and co. /LTD. /PATERNOSTER /HoUsE, /CHARING/CROss /ROAD. 1899}}

Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner and co. Ltd. Paternoster House, Charing Cross Road. 1899

Is @Sdkb: aware the output is different ? Is the merger to have both outputs?
